By creating an account or using ScriptBlitz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
ScriptBlitz is an AI-powered content generation tool that creates video scripts, captions, SEO packages, hashtags, and cover images for YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and TikTok creators. The service is provided on a subscription basis at $12.99 per month.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use ScriptBlitz.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ScriptBlitz to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates YouTube's Terms of Service. You agree not to resell, sublicense, or redistribute our service without explicit written permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content generated through ScriptBlitz using your account. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your generated scripts, SEO packages, or thumbnails. You are solely responsible for the content you publish on YouTube or any other platform.
6. Payment & Billing
ScriptBlitz is billed monthly at $12.99/mo via Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
7. AI-Generated Content
Our service uses AI models (Anthropic Claude and OpenAI DALL-E) to generate content. While we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee that all generated content will be accurate, original, or free from errors. You should review all generated content before publishing. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of AI-generated content.
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime from third-party providers. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
ScriptBlitz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
